NASCAR Weekend: Lime Rock and Atlanta Speedway

This weekend sparks two very different NASCAR experiences. Out of Northern Connecticut, Lime Rock Park rolls out a road‑course showcase for the ARCA and Truck series, while the quad‑oval just outside Atlanta shifts the focus to the Cup and O’Reilly series.

Lime Rock Park Schedule

Friday kicks off with the ARCA Series fielding its 4 p.m. (FS2) race on the road course. The Truck Series follows with practice at 9 a.m. and qualifying at 10:05 a.m., both on FS1. The crown jewel of Saturday is the 1 p.m. (FS1) Truck Series race at Lime Rock.

  • 4 p.m. Friday: ARCA Series race (FS2)
  • 9 a.m. Saturday: Truck Series practice (FS1)
  • 10:05 a.m. Saturday: Truck Series qualifying (FS1)
  • 1 p.m. Saturday: Truck Series race (FS1)

The road‑course venue also hosts the O’Reilly Series qualifying at 11 a.m. Saturday, streamed via the CW app. Fans get a full weekend of short‑track action, including preview battles from Matt Mills in the #42 J.F. Electric/Utilitra Chevrolet and Layne Riggs in the #34 Bare Knuckle Brawl Ford.

Atlanta Motor Speedway (EchoPark Speedway) Agenda

While Lime Rock hosts the lower series, Atlanta’s quad‑oval draws the top tier. The O’Reilly Series races at 7 p.m. Saturday on the CW network, and the Cup Series concludes the weekend with its 20th race at 6 p.m. Sunday on TNT.

  • 11 a.m. Saturday: O’Reilly Series qualifying (CW app)
  • 4:30 p.m. Saturday: Cup Series qualifying (Tru TV)
  • 7 p.m. Saturday: O’Reilly Series race (CW)
