The board of Zimbabwe Cricket has promoted 27‑year‑old left‑arm fast bowler Richard Ngarava to lead the side in both Test and One‑Day International formats. Veteran batter Craig Ervine has stepped aside, clearing the way for a rebuilding phase under fresh direction.
