David López will keep wearing the Girona kit for another campaign. The Barcelona‑born centre‑back agreed a deal that runs through June 2027, turning his stay at the club into a fifth season. During his early years, López honed his skills in RCD Espanyol’s youth system before loan spells at Terrassa, Leganés and Huesca helped him gain first‑team exposure.
