To achieve Hearn’s dream, the club must secure promotion three times: from the Isthmian League to the National League South, then to the National League, and finally to League Two. Hearn, a lifelong fan and former owner of Leyton Orient, said the latest deal aims to develop younger players and lift community spirits. “I want to try and help us do well, enjoy it and put a smile on a few people’s faces, because this is a horrible world we live in at the moment,” he added.
