Marcellus Wiley’s Wife Files for Divorce, Restraining Order
Legal Steps Initiated
Annamarie Wiley has taken two separate legal actions against her husband, filing for divorce and seeking a restraining order that would keep Marcellus at least 100 yards away from her. In the court documents she also requests custody of their three children and exclusive use of the family home in Los Angeles. The filings were prompted by the recent arrest of Marcellus Wiley on Saturday.
Detailed Abuse Allegations
According to the filing, Annamarie describes a “continuing and escalating pattern” of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional mistreatment, financial control, and intimidation. Specific incidents she cites include a punch to the face in 2014, a Coke bottle thrown at her head during a nine‑month pregnancy in 2012, and a rape while she was intoxicated in 2012. The alleged abuse continued into 2025 when he struck her with his shoes, and escalated in January 2026 with a forcible dragging from bed, a beating to the head, and multiple rapes over a two‑day span. She notes memory gaps caused by trauma linked to many of the events.
