Citizens Bank Park Prepares for 2026 All-Star Game

Fresh Look and Limited‑Edition Gear

Citizens Bank Park is getting a fresh face as the city gears up for the 2026 All-Star Game. The outfield now displays the official All-Star Game 2026 logo, a visual cue that MLB leaders say celebrates the sport’s biggest stars while highlighting Philadelphia’s central role. Fans can snag new merchandise, including collectible pins, exclusively at the team store inside the ballpark, adding a tangible keepsake to the week’s excitement.

Jeremiah Yolkut, MLB’s senior vice president of global operations and events, described the project as a key part of Philadelphia’s broader celebrations. “It’s really a big part of what we’re doing. We were excited to join Philadelphia’s efforts and making the 250th a big deal, and the All‑Star game here does exactly that,” he noted, linking the game to the city’s historic milestone. The makeover and merchandise rollout mark the culmination of roughly seven years of planning.

Citywide Festival Runs from Friday Through Tuesday

Programming for All-Star week kicks off on Friday with the HBCU classic at the ballpark and continues through Tuesday’s main event. Aaron Kaplan of MLB outlined the expansive schedule, noting fans can enjoy a packed agenda in between. “We’ll start here at the ballpark on Friday for the HBCU classic and we’ll run all the way through Tuesday at the All‑Star game, but a lot of great programming in between,” he said, emphasizing the week’s variety. The festivities spill onto other iconic sites across Philadelphia.

Beyond the stadium, the Convention Center will host the draft on Saturday, and an All‑Star village will operate there and at other locations through Tuesday. Independence Hall will stage the red‑carpet show, while organizers intend to “weave throughout the city,” ensuring the celebration touches multiple neighborhoods. This citywide approach reinforces Philadelphia’s reputation as a welcoming host for baseball’s premier showcases.

Expanded Menu and Fan‑Friendly Extras

Fans arriving hungry will find an expanded food lineup inside the park. The menu features Sanchez sliders, a revolutionary rib sandwich, ribs on the bone, a classic cheesesteak, and a lamb hot dog topped with feta and pickles. Whether fans arrive eager for a commemorative cup or a hearty bite, organizers say the week offers something for every palate.
