LSU Gymnastics Earns SEC Academic Honor Roll Recognition

Meet the Six Honorees

LSU Gymnastics proudly announced that six of its members have been placed on the 2025‑26 SEC First‑Year Academic Honor Roll. The list includes Nina Ballou, who is pursuing a Mass Communication degree with a focus on Journalism. Courtney Blackson, a master’s candidate, also earned the distinction after transferring from Boise State. Molly Brinkman, a business major concentrating in Human Resources, was recognized alongside Haley Mustari, who studies Sport Administration with an emphasis on Sport Leadership. Madison Ulrich and Elyse Wenner, both concentrating in Individualized Studies, rounded out the group of honorees.

All six athletes meet the SEC’s academic standards: a minimum 3.0 GPA, completion of at least 24 semester hours, and participation on a varsity team throughout the entire NCAA Championship season. Four of the honorees—Ballou, Brinkman, Mustari, and Wenner—joined LSU as freshmen in the 2026 class. Blackson and Ulrich transferred in, bringing additional experience to the program.
